Some thoughts on the Lua source code

1. It's very clean.
2. Most of the extra help in understanding the code that could have been had from, say, descriptive names for variables, have been BRUTALLY SACRIFICED ON THE ALTAR OF CLEANLINESS. Which sort of puts item 1 to shame, a bit, really. The occasional "numberOfArguments" instead of a plain old "n" wouldn't have hurt.
